Nick is an Associate with Polczynski Robinson specialising in commercial disputes and insolvency. 

Nick is a solicitor with over five years’ experience in commercial litigation.  He supports clients across a wide range of industries including in technology, construction and infrastructure regarding disputes of national significance before the Australian courts and in private arbitrations and expert determinations, arising from disputes across multiple areas.

Nick has acted for and advised a broad range of clients from individuals to multinational corporations in commercial, construction and property disputes, across all Australian jurisdictions appearing with and without counsel. 

Nick completed his Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Sydney and previously worked for a national and international law firm before finding his way to us. 

Nick is admitted to practice in the New South Wales Supreme Court and the High Court of Australia.
