With over 22 years of experience, Christopher has earned the reputation as a lawyer who ‘thinks outside the box’.  He is diligent, thorough, commercial and passionate about winning cases for clients.

Christopher provides advice and conducts litigation nationally for corporate clients, small and medium enterprises, insolvency practitioners and individuals in areas of practice such as:

  • commercial – supply/distribution/credit agreements, Australian Consumer Law matters, partnership disputes, valuation of business, banking litigation, restraint of trade matters;
  • corporations – shareholder disputes, meetings, insolvency, liquidator actions, director's breaches;
  • property – sale/purchase of property, mortgages and loans, caveats, retail and commercial leases;
  • securities – real/personal property, Personal Property Securities Act 2009 (Cth) matters;
  • equity – specific performance, enforcement of equitable charge/mortgage;
  • recovery.

Over the last 22 years, Christopher has acted for secured lenders, financiers, suppliers to the building and construction industry, liquidators and trustees in bankruptcy.  He has conducted appeals and cases nationally involving property, contracts, corporations law, bankruptcy law, securities and equity.

Christopher’s experience includes conducting litigation in the Federal Court/Federal Circuit Court and the Supreme Courts of New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, Western Australia and the Northern Territory.  Christopher is also highly skilled in dispute negotiation, alternative dispute resolution and mediation.
