The two words that best describe Kylie are experienced and determined.  When it comes to insolvency and dispute resolution there is not much she doesn’t know and she will stop at nothing to get you the best possible outcome. Her broad experience ranges across corporate and personal insolvencies, banking and finance and complex commercial litigation in New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria and Western Australia.

She has worked on high profile cases including advising the co-founder of an iconic Australia food business in a multi-million dollar breach of directors' duties and has advised on the recovery of insured losses arising from the collapse of two major iconic retail brands.

Kylie holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from Queensland University of Technology. She also has advanced ARITA Certification.
