Richard is a Director of Polczynski Robinson with a focus on commercial, construction and insolvency litigation.
He enjoys an enviable reputation as a problem-solver with over 25 years' experience in Australia and the UK. Richard has a steely reputation for resolving complex litigation for and against liquidators, receivers, administrators and trustees.
Richard regularly advises on:

Richard has a wealth of experience in running major corporate litigation involving complex, highly-structured financial models, like those arising from the Allco Group's insolvency.
