Henry McMenomy
Henry is a solicitor at Polczynski Robinson specialising in commercial disputes, insolvency and tax.
Henry draws upon a broad multidisciplinary practice where he has acted for large commercial, SME and individual clients across litigation, transactional and pro bono environments.
Henry prides himself on providing practical advice and commercial outcomes for his clients while approaching each matter with a sharp attention to detail.
Henry has a double Bachelor of Laws and Global Studies from ACU and has also studied law at Heidelberg University in Germany. Henry is also a Fellow of the Tax Institute (FTI), and is currently completing his Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA) certification.
Henry is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Victoria and the High Court of Australia.
